Shared Learning Legal Holds and Discovery (Presentation rescheduled mtg was held.)

  • 17 Nov 2010
  • 11:30 AM - 12:59 PM
  • Rolls Royce

Managing documentation delivered from businesses to Legal during discovery is a challenge.  How do you track what attorneys have received?  What has been requested?  What company documents are on hold?  Who has what revision of the documents?  External consulting companies often will offer services to handle all of this for you - is this the most cost efficient alternative?  Can you easily report what documents have been provided?  When? And any that are still being sought? Join us as Christine and Sherry will provide answers to these questions from firsthand experience.
