"Records Management and IT"

Join us on Wednesday, February 25th from 12:00 to 1:30 for a lunch meeting of the ARMA Greater Indianapolis Chapter.
A good records management program works well with Information Technology, and sometimes it seems that the two speak a different language and have different goals. Jo will discuss some of the methods that she has used to partner with IT, the challenges she has faced, and how Information Management has become a partner to the records management agenda.
About the Presenter:
Jo Kathryn Goldstein, CRM is the Global Records Manager for Eli Lilly and Company, where she has been employed since 2001. Prior to joining Lilly, Jo served as General Manager for Iron Mountain and the National Records Manager for Banc One Corporation. Jo has been a member of the ARMA Standards committee and has been the Project Leader for several standards and guidance documents related to records management and IT. Jo is a past President of the Indianapolis ARMA Chapter and has presented at numerous forums, including the National ARMA Conference.
