Join us on Wednesday, January 28th from 12:00 to 1:30 for a lunch meeting of the ARMA Greater Indianapolis Chapter.
As documents become obsolete, there is still a great deal of confidential information contained in this printed material. In addition, since almost every document is printed by computer, what are the options for securely destroying the source of these printed documents (the computer hard drive)? Ken Carite will be discussing some of the risks in retaining obsolete confidential records and the options available for safely and securely destroying them.
About the Presenter:
Ken Carite is the Owner and General Manager of Proshred Security. Proshred Security is a mobile document and computer media destruction company, based in Indianapolis. Ken started Proshred in 2011. Prior to Proshred Security, Ken spent his 25 year career with Technology companies, including Great Plains Software (now Microsoft Business Solutions), Roche Diagnostics and SAP AG. He has an extensive background in information security, both in printed and electronic form.
